Trouble running exceptional in Heroku Bamboo

Hi,

We're running several apps with exception in Heroku, without any problems. Recently we added it to an existing app that runs on Bamboo, Rails 3.0, and Ruby 1.9.2, and we can't seem to get it to notify us of exceptions.

We've followed the usual troubleshooting steps, but since in Bamboo the gem doesn't need to be installed (from what we know heroku does it on deploy), we're not sure where to look next.

Thanks for any help.

regards,
Ricardo

    Hey Ricardo!

Sorry for the late response! Do you have any insight what happened? Is everything OK now?

    Thanks,
    Herb

    Hi,

One of the causes was that our application was running on Heroku with the
environment configured to staging, and we hadn't noticed that by default
Exceptional only reports on production. After that it took a few hours but
    it eventually started working well.

    regards,
    Ricardo
