Invalid UTF8 exceptions not being captured

Hi,

We've noticed today that exceptions thrown due to invalid utf8 are correctly being sent through the api to our account. But are not being shown on the website or us getting alerts for them.

To help you better understand the issue we have replicated it using the exceptional gem and an invalid utf8 string.

Hope you can fix this issue as we missed quite a few errors with this exception.
