Trial ended but I seem to be getting tonnes of emails from you guys

So i got an email saying my trial expired. I decided not to continue with exceptional

However I cant deactivate any emails coming through because i cant enter my account without putting card details,

It;s even more frustrating because you guys are sending 4-5 emails a day which is bordering on spam now
