Exceptional not working at all for me, support system not working either?

Hi there,

I sent a support message a couple days ago, and haven't received any response. I found this site (remembered using it before) but there's no way to even get here if you're a logged in customer. You just pop up the chat window. Is that not the preferred method of support?

(Exceptional stopped working for me entirely when I upgraded to Rails 3. Feeling unhappy and abandoned and thinking of looking for other error services, unfortunately. :-/ Been liking Exceptional so far)

    Hi Erik,

    I apologize that you did not receive any response from your earlier support request. We are working on migrating to a new support system, and it is possible that there are still some glitches. You can still reach this older system via the http://support.getexceptional.com address. I'm going to try and find your earlier support request, but in the mean time perhaps you can quickly recap what was going wrong?

    Hi there! I'm not getting all of my error messages... I recently upgraded to Rails 3 so maybe that's part of the problem. I just got a 404 in my Heroku logs: 2011-06-16T19:03:12 00:00 app[web.1]:
