I am not receiving email notification of errors

Hello,

I was added to Chinadialogue account to receive email notificaitons but I am not receiving anything. I checked my spam box and there is not any email coming from you.

Please advice.

    Hi Riccardo,

    Sorry for the delay! I could not locate your email for the chinadialouge account.
    Can you log into the UI? Also, can you provide me with the applications name as it appears in exceptional and the email of the one who has added you to the account?
    Get back to me when you can.
