Currently I am looking for a service to track and aggregate our exceptions, exceptional seems a good choice. However, all our servers are based in The Netherlands and speed is a core issue (we serve mainly Dutch visitors from there).

Can you give some numbers about your typical request/response time? Also, where are your servers located? And thirdly, what would be the access time for us from NLD to access the api of exceptional? I have tried to ping api.exceptional.io but it seems you disabled the echo.

    Hi Jurian,

I'd suggest taking a look at the other service we run, Airbrake.io. You'll see a faster response time for European visitors using that.

Let me know if you have other questions!
