List of exceptions, indicate when sent to LH

When viewing the list of exceptions, it'd be great if I could tell which ones I've already sent across to Lighthouse so that I don't have to open up each one individually to check. Some sort of indicator (maybe even just the LH ticket #?) in the list view would save me a lot of time when I'm looking through our open exceptions.

Thanks in advance for your consideration!

This would be a really nice addition, saving us a lot of time, and preventing issues from slipping by us. Is this something that you are considering?

    Hi,
I just implemented this, it's not pretty but the lighthouse ticket number appears at the start of the error title. We will look in to displaying this info in a a way that makes it easier to scan.
    Best regards,
